Maa Sewa Sansthan is a non-government organization (NGO) working on issues affecting the urban and rural poor, with a special focus on children and women. It is because ‘Every women & children's deserves a chance’ that the organization exists and works towards making that possible.
For the past 3 years Maa Sewa Sansthan has been working in the rural & urban slums and has also into rural development in the Lucknow & east state of Uttar Pradesh.
Maa Sewa Sansthan has been collaborating with Only Human Resource.
Background:
“Maa Sewa Sansthan” was formally formed on 26 March 2007. The organization is Dedicated to the matters of social cause. ‘Maa Sewa Sansthan’ primarily works the issues of Human Rights and welfare help to the poor and needy. The organization also works for gathering information and resources required for rural development. We have also been working in the area of Women Empowerment and to Trained them in women entrepreneurship such as painting, sewing, weaving and other similar activities.
Mr. Amit Singh is a Secretary of the organization elected by the General Body Members. He is a M.A. (Hindi), M.Phil (Hindi) and Master in Population Education & Rural Development, working towards income generating projects for SC/ST & OBC women, skill development trainings for adolescent girls/women, child rights, rural development and awareness programs for Uttar Pradesh.
